An accelerated program for students holding a bachelor's degree in a field other than nursing, as well as nursing majors - including adult health ambulatory care, community health, neonatal, nurse anesthesia and nurse midwifery - are offered for graduate students by the University of Cincinnati. A BSN program with a Hispanic focus, designed to help nurses meet the health care needs of the increasing Hispanic population, is available among other undergraduate and graduate nursing programs at Xavier University. Associate degree programs including a track for Licensed Practical Nurses is part of the nursing education roster at both Cincinnati State Technical & Community College and Good Samaritan College of Nursing & Health Science. If you are looking for a shorter path to a nursing career, practical nurse and nursing assistant programs are available at Great Oaks Institute of Technology and Career Development. An RN program is also offered at The Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
