With a $160 million renovation of the Cinergy Center and venues like the Contemporary Arts Center, Newport on the Levee, and MidPoint Music Festival, this once-conservative city now attracts a younger, more diverse crowd. Fortune Magazine recently named Cincinnati “one of the top 10 cities to live, work and play.” With a low cost of living and high quality of life, this riverfront town is truly an attractive place to study and settle down with a career in cosmetology.
